I have never heard a convincing definition of art or creativity. I think the best that you can do is to put down your own marks in as genuine and personal a way as possible.

The images and inspiration come from my life in the area of North Belfast where I grew up and live today and from my travels especially in Spain. However in no way are the attempting to be topographical. They are simply a reflection of my reaction to the minutia of everyday life.

The don't ask questions or have the temerity to search for answers. They simply stop the video of life for a moment and invite the viewer to stop and stare, step into someone else's life for a moment and then move on
